About Catherine:
Catherine has always been drawn to art, even as a small child. She wanted nothing more than to be an ARTIST and pursued this love all the way through grad school. Catherine worked in galleries, taught art classes to teens, but never felt complete. She knew she loved art but hadn’t found a place in that world just yet. It wasn’t until Catherine went on a shoot with a photographer friend to help out with a wedding in 2004 that she was in love! Ever since that first wedding, she has been smitten and wholeheartedly pursued a career in wedding photography. And seven years later, Catherine is loving every minute of it!

Kellie CoughlinMy photography career began 10 years ago while I was studying Fine Art at CU Boulder. During my summers I apprenticed with respected wedding & portrait photographers in Denver. After graduating with my BA in Fine Art Photography & a minor in French, I ventured into the world of freelance photography. This career/lifestyle has treated me very well & I feel very fortunate to be able to share with others my passion for making art & capturing moments through photography. I’ve grasped onto the concepts that life is for living in the moment, spreading love & laughing as often as we can. When I started shooting Boudoir Portraits a few years ago, the ideas & process came very naturally to me. I’ve always loved the special characteristic that photography has: An intimate moment shared between two individuals (photographer & model) is captured on “film” and can be remembered forever.
